All cancellations must be received in writing to Digital with Purpose (DWP) Global Summit's Secretariat via email (globalsummit@digitalwithpurpose.org). Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of cancellation notice. DWP will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by the registrant, such as travel or lodging costs.
Refund amount will depend on the timing of the cancellation:
- Cancellations received on or before 30 April 2024 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received between 1 May and 31 May 2024 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 31 May 2024
Restrictions on transferring tickets: Tickets purchased for this event are non-transferable and may not be resold or given to any third party. Any attempt to transfer or resell a ticket will result in the ticket being voided without refund, and the ticket holder being denied entry to the event.
If the conference is rescheduled, registrants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund. The organizers will notify all registered attendees of the new date and any relevant details as soon as possible. If a registrant is unable to attend the rescheduled event and wishes to receive a refund, they must notify the Digital with Purpose Global Summit's Secretariat in writing by email to globalsummit@digitalwithpurpose.org no later than 29 September 2023. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
Please note that Global Enabling Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) reserves the right to cancel the 2024 Global Summit due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, GeSI's liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.
